Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products from date of your order. For product returns you may ship back your product containers for a full refund (minus shipping charges) if you are dissatisfied with your product to the original warehouse your product was shipped from.

Please make sure to send your package back to the correct warehouse, as failure to comply with the above procedures will result in a reduced and delayed refund, as any custom duties charged as a result of improper returns will be debited from your refund amount. All refunds will be issued on the original credit card used upon receipt of your returned products.

In the event you have ordered the wrong strength of hair removal lotion, we will happily exchange your product for the appropriate hair removal product suitable for your skin type. Upon receipt of your returned products, we will reship products accordingly. If any item is received damaged, or incorrectly please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your package.

Shipping

For your convenience, we offer 3 shipping options:

XPress - Available in the U.S.A. and Canada (4 - 10 business days).

Air - Available in Foreign Destinations, outside USA and Canada (8 - 21 business days).

Surface - Available in the U.S.A. and Canada (15 -21 business days), and Foreign (4-6 weeks).

Please note: We will glady ship to US APO and FPO Foreign addresses, however, please select the US Xpress or Surface shipping option in order to save yourself on shipping charges.

These times are indicated for continental U.S.A.

For all outside states please add on 5 more business days.

All shipping charges are for the U.S.A., Canada, Europe, Netherlands, and the Caribbean Islands. All other areas are available, but may have additional shipping fees.

Back Orders

In the rare event of a back order on any of our products, we will advise you by e-mail or telephone of the anticipated waiting time. If you do not wish to wait for the back ordered item to arrive, we will at your request, cancel the order.
